China and WTO Review (CWR) is an internationally referred scholarly journal(ESCI/SCOPUS) which is semi-annually published by UK Zhende Publishing Group on March 1 and September 1, respectively. CWR is dedicated to addressing critical law and policy questions regarding China and the World Trade Organization. The Review encompasses eminent academic papers and case reports comprehensively analyzing trade law and policy in a wide range of areas including dispute settlement proceedings involving China from a proactive viewpoint of international and comparative law, legal economics and policy. In addition, to the extent relevant to WTO covered agreements (or other trade accords for that matter), the Review deals with foreign investment, copyrights and other trade-related issues. It welcomes the contribution from China and around the world.

Abstract

The US-China Economic and Security Review Commission ("USCC"), a commission under US Congress, held a press conference and published its annual report on November 15, 2017. This report proposed 26 suggestions to US Congress in several aspects, such as Sino-US economic and trade relationship, security relationship, China and the world, the development of high and new technologies in China, etc.1 It contains more than last year's report which made 22 suggestions.
